Thursday Morning Yoga

Schedule:    8:30am every Thursday

With a deep love for body, mind, and nature, Wendy embarked on a journey studying under yoga masters in the Himalayas. With over 25 years of holistic wisdom, she shares yoga, meditation, and shamanism with all, creating a welcoming space for beginners too.

Wendy's teaching is sacred and intuitive, blending hatha, yin yoga, meditation, and energy medicine. Join her Thursday mornings at 8:30am at Otter Fitness Garage for a heart-centered, healthy experience.

Beyond local classes, Wendy leads Shamanic Yoga Adventure Retreats worldwide, living in harmony with nature along the Ottertail River.

Friday Morning Yoga

Schedule:    9:30am - 10:30am every Friday

Instructor:    Michelle Harding, C-IAYT, RYT 200

I bring a sense of accessibility through my teaching style in hopes that everyone will have a life-enhancing experience like I did when I took my first yoga classes in 2014. All of my classes include movement, breathwork and meditation in an easy to follow format. I have worked with young adults to seniors wanting to improve their workout regime, control anxiety or regain their mobility.
